Eligibility for Returns

1. Condition of the Garment:
   • The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when purchased.
   • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
     
     
2. Authenticity of Handblock Prints:
   • At Aru, we use traditional handblock printing techniques, which may result in slight variations in the print. These variations are a hallmark of the garment’s authenticity and uniqueness and are not considered defects.
     
     
3. Return Window:
   • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date. Please ensure you initiate your return request within this timeframe.
     
     

Refund Process
